Colleen Carter
Colleen Carter went to Ghana for the first time in February, 2000 as an Associate in Missions. She went to be an “extra set of hands” to the missionaries. As an AIMer, Colleen helped with MK schooling, taught at ACTS Ghana, operated the Pass the Word printing office, was involved in Reaching Africa’s children, and assisted the missionaries in many other areas of computer work, editing, errands, etc. After almost eight years of AIMing, Colleen was appointed in September 2007 as an intermediate missionary to Ghana with the Jim Poitras and Nick Sisco families. Upon arrival in Ghana, Colleen will continue the aforementioned tasks as well as become an administrative assistant for Global Association of Theological Studies and serve as coordinator of a Bible school extension in Northern Ghana.
